Applies to: POS printers, barcode label printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, label stickers, POS rolls, and inventory software sold by Dynamic POS.
Return window: 7 days from delivery.
Eligible: Unused hardware in original packaging; sealed, unused supplies.
Not eligible: Opened/used supplies, activated software licenses, custom/clearance items.
Defects/DOA: Report within 48 hours; we’ll repair/replace or refund after inspection.
Restocking: Up to 10% for opened but like-new hardware (if accepted).
Shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
You can request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking.
To be eligible, the item must:
Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Include original box/packaging, cables, manuals, and accessories.
Have intact serial/IMEI/UPC labels (no tampering).
Pass our quality inspection once received.
Sealed, unused rolls/label stickers are returnable within 7 days.
Opened or partially used supplies are not returnable, unless defective on arrival.
Non-returnable and non-refundable once a license is activated, software is downloaded/accessed, or a license key is issued.
Exceptions: duplicate charges or accidental double purchases (unused/undeployed licenses).
Activated software licenses, opened/used supplies (labels, rolls), custom/special-order items, clearance/final-sale items, products with missing parts or damaged beyond transit/defect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective (DOA), or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue and the shipping label. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund after verification.

Include: order number, product name/SKU, serial number (if any), reason, clear photos/video, and whether you want refund or exchange.
Wait for your RMA number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

Pack items securely in original packaging; remove/cover old labels.
Use a trackable service and keep the receipt.
Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong product.
Risk of loss passes to us when the package is delivered to our returns address.
We inspect returns within 2–4 business days of receipt.
If the product shows signs of use, missing parts, or damage, we may deny the return or apply a restocking fee (up to 10%).
Sealed, unopened items typically have no restocking fee.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection (bank processing times may vary).
Shipping fees, cash-on-delivery fees, and installation/handling charges (if any) are non-refundable unless we were at fault.
If you request an exchange and the replacement is in stock, we’ll ship it after we receive and verify your return. If out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund.
Hardware may include a manufacturer warranty; coverage and timelines vary by brand. We’ll help facilitate warranty service—proof of purchase required.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
You can cancel before dispatch at no charge.

This policy is governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh. We may update it at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.
