1) Overview

Welcome to Dynamic POS. By using our website, placing an order, or activating our software, you agree to these Terms.

2) Products & services

We sell POS printers, barcode label printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, label stickers, POS rolls, and inventory software (license/subscription, as applicable).

3) Orders, pricing & payment

• Prices are shown in [BDT/…] and may change without notice before checkout.

• VAT/Tax and shipping fees are shown at checkout where applicable.

• We may cancel any order and refund you if a pricing/stock error occurs.

4) Shipping & delivery

• We ship via trusted couriers. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to your address or your courier. Inspect packages on arrival.

5) Returns & refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (separate page). In short: unused hardware in original packaging within the return window; opened supplies and activated software licenses are not returnable unless defective or as permitted in that policy.

6) Software license

• When you buy/subscribe to our inventory software, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for business use.

• You may not reverse engineer, resell, or share license keys.

• Access to updates and support follows the plan you purchased. We may suspend access for non-payment or misuse.

7) Warranties

• Hardware may include a manufacturer warranty; terms vary by brand.

• Except as required by law, the website and software are provided “as is” and “as available”.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic POS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profit. Our total liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product/service.

9) User accounts & acceptable use

• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

• Don’t use our services for unlawful activity, spam, malware, or IP infringement.

10) Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and content on this site belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or use them without permission.

11) Force majeure

We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, outages, regulatory actions).

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
